BRENDA ANDERSON - Brenda is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners,. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Southwest Missouri State University is currently the Director of Development for Community Development Corporation Bentonville/Bella Vista, Inc., and is Executive Director of the Bentonville Housing Authority.

ED CLIFFORD - Ed is President/CEO of the Bentonville/Bella Vista Chamber of Commerce; chairman of the Bentonville Housing Authority, president of Bates Health Foundation, finance chairman for Bentonville Square Renovation Project, and serves as a board member to many community projects in northwest Arkansas.

AL EINERT - Dr. Einert is Professor Emeritus of Horticulture, University of Arkansas. He is a horticulturist, landscape architect and certified arborist and holds a PhD from Mississippi State University. He is the former Director of the University of Arkansas Arboretum and landscape architect for the Arkansas Agricultural Experiment Station. He currently serves on the Tree City USA Committee and Trails Committee for the City of Eureka Springs.

GENE GROSECLOS - Gene serves as Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel to Cooper Realty Investments, Inc. He serves on the Advisory Committee for the Arkansas Chapter of the Nature Conservancy, is founding president of NW Arkansas Land Trust and formerly served as the founding president of NW Arkansas Community Foundation.

MICHELE A. HARRINGTON ("MICKI") - Micki holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Kansas, and graduated with Honors from the University of Arkansas Law School, after practicing social work with Youth Bridge, Inc. in Fayetteville, Arkansas. She has been practicing with Harrington, Miller, Neihouse & Kieklak, P.A., since 1985. Her practice areas include wills, trusts, estate planning and probate, land use, contract and real estate law. She served as counsel to the Springdale Planning Commission for eleven years. In addition to this Board of Directions, she currently serves as Director of United Bank, and a past Director of the NW Arkansas Community Foundation.

DARRIN G. HENDERSON - Darrin holds an Associate degree of Applied Science in Agriculture from Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College, Miami, Oklahoma; a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education from the University Of Arkansas at Fayetteville, and Master of Agricultural Education from Clemson University, Clemson, South Carolina. He worked on designing, implementing and evaluating educational programs related to adult education at Clemson University as well as assisting with organization and implementation of 4-H projects. While serving as County Extension Agent Agriculture/4-H Youth for the University of Georgia Cooperative Extension Service in Glennville, GA, he was responsible for assessing the educational needs of the community and overseeing all youth educational programs and 4-H Club activities. At present, Darrin serves as County Extension Agent Staff Chair at the University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service in Huntsville, Arkansas. He is responsible for assessing educational needs of the community and developing, implementing and evaluating all agricultural related educational programs while providing guidance to youth leaders, volunteers and assistants.

NANCY LEAKE - Nancy is Executive Director of Community Development Corp. Bentonville/Bella Vista Inc., (CDC) a non-profit organization that develops, owns and manages affordable housing in Bentonville and Bella Vista. Prior to founding CDC in 1991, Leake developed large urban mixed-use projects including office buildings, shopping centers and hotels. President Bush named Leake to the Community Development Financial Institution Fund Advisory Board.

JIM SINGLETON - Jim is the president of Arvest Bank's Gravette and Centerton branches. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from the University of Arkansas. He is a member of the board of directors of the Natural Resources Conservation Service for Benton County. He serves as treasurer of the Benton County Fair Board and chairman of its Junior Livestock Committee. He is a charter member of the Gravette FFA, president of the Benton County 4-H Foundation, past president of the County Farm Bureau Board of Directors and serves on its Executive Committee. He is a 17-year member and past president of the County Farm Bureau Board of Directors and serves on its Executive Committee. He is chairman of the County Farm Family Selection and Media Day Committee. In addition, he serves as program development chairman of the Gravette Kiwanis Club and is a member of the Benton County Conservation District.

TIM SNELL - Tim is a graduate of Louisiana State University, Schools of Forestry and Wildlife. Tim is currently the Nature Conservancy Director of Ozark Conservation Programs. He is a board member for the Ozark Karst Resource Support Team. Tim has served as a board member and officer to many natural resource and farm finance organizations in the Ozarks.
