Land protection, land stewardship, and community outreach are the foundation of our work to preserve and enhance quality of life in Northwest Arkansas. Last year we made major strides in these core programs.
We worked with landowners toward the protection of over 1,000 acres in the region, established new strategic frameworks for conservation, developed public access plans for our Preserves, launched a climate initiative and continued to expand our reach in the community. As our region grows and we plan for places to develop, we can also protect the things we all love about living in Northwest Arkansas – clean water, family farms, abundant wildlife and opportunities for outdoor recreation.
We encourage you to explore our highlights from last year. Download the Annual Report 2017 to learn more.
