Join this Zoom Webinar and learn about how conservation easements can help farmers access land by reducing the cost to purchase land, and how easements can play a role in farm operations and legacy planning.
During this presentation you will hear from the Land Trust’s Land Protection Director Pam Nelson, and Farmland Preservation Manager Susan Koehler. This event will cover the basics, and also discuss easement and farm conservation practices, the process of establishing an easement as well as possible financial incentives and tax deductions.
In addition, attendees will learn about other Land Trust farmland access and support programs including NWA Farm-Link and the Farmland Access Fund.
