2025 Annual Report

Our 2025 Annual Report is here:

Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, landowners, volunteers, and community partners, 2025 was a year of momentum for Northwest Arkansas Land Trust. Together, we permanently protected 305 new acres, grew our conservation portfolio to 9,581 acres protected, and continued caring for the natural places that define Northwest Arkansas; from clean water and working lands to forests, wildlife habitat, and public access preserves.

This year’s Annual Report celebrates the people and partnerships behind that progress, including NWALT’s 2025 reaccreditation, new conservation successes near Elkins and Fayetteville, restoration work at Betty Hinshaw Bird Sanctuary, growing public access at Lake Frances Preserve, and the community support that makes permanent land protection possible. We invite you to pause, take a deep breath, and celebrate all that we accomplished together: acre by acre.
