NWALT Grows Community Conservation through Adopt-A-Preserve Program


Our Adopt-A-Preserve program is off to a great start! Since the start of 2024, five businesses and one family have answered the call to join NWALT in maintaining and enhancing our nature preserves. This community conservation program engages local businesses and individuals to help fund public access and native habitat management on our public preserves. Activities funded through the program include trail maintenance, habitat improvements such as invasive species removal, public access infrastructure such as interpretive signs, and a lot more. 


NWALT owns and manages 7 public preserves across Benton and Washington counties totaling more than 1,000 acres of land and more than 20 miles of hiking and biking trails. Find out more about our public preserves at VISIT A PRESERVE | NWA Land Trust
